Return Policy
SmartEliteDeals offers a 90-day warranty on defective products. For faulty items, customers can request a refund, replacement, or exchange through our contact portal. We’ll cover return shipping costs for items our team confirms as defective.
Items without defects may be exchanged within 90 days of delivery by contacting us.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (underwear, socks, bra inserts, shapewear) cannot be returned unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we’ll provide a refund or replacement when possible.
All returns must be in new, unused condition. Return updates will be emailed to you. Approved refunds will process to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Rights
SmartEliteDeals reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns if:
- Customer displays a pattern of excessive returns indicating “wardrobing”
- Customer has previously returned items that were worn, altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete
Changes to Website

- Modify or remove any part of the website without prior notice. We are not liable for any such changes.
- Update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
Order Changes
Orders automatically process within 6 hours after confirmation. For changes:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of confirmation; later requests may result in charges
- Size/color changes must be requested within 24 hours of confirmation
- Changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible
